• Prohibited activities include spam and misleading advertising.

3. How the Referral Program Works

• Referral rewards are non-transferable.

4. Commission & Payout Details

• Payouts occur on a net-30 basis.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.
• Refunds or chargebacks void commissions.

5. Prohibited Practices

• No spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized promotions.
• No paid ads bidding on PetsMenia.com’s brand name.

6. Program Changes & Termination

• PetsMenia.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with 30 days’ notice.
• Participants violating policies will be removed.

7. Compliance with Advertising & Legal Standards

• Affiliates must disclose partnerships in promotions.
• Compliance with FTC and Google Merchant Center guidelines is required.
