At PetsMenia.com, we are committed to ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items following the guidelines below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most products, provided they meet the following conditions:

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Pet Food (Unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging)
  • Pet Toys (Unopened and in original packaging)
  • Pet Apparel (Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached)
  • Pet Grooming Products (Unopened, unused, and in original packaging)
  • Pet Accessories (Unopened and unused, including leashes, collars, and harnesses)
  • Pet Beds & Blankets (Unopened and in original packaging)
  • Pet Bowls & Feeding Supplies (Unopened and unused)
  • Pet Health & Wellness Products (Unopened and unused, excluding medications)
  • Pet Carriers & Travel Products (Unopened, unused, and in original packaging)
  • Training & Behavior Products (Unopened and unused)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Discounted, final sale, or clearance items
  • Opened or used products (except in cases of manufacturer defects)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (such as fresh or frozen pet food)
  • Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards
  • Medications or prescription items
  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  1. Return Process

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

Step 1: Initiate a Return

  • Contact our Returns Department at [email protected] with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product name(s) and reason for return
    • Photo(s) of the item (if applicable, for damaged or defective products)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number if eligible.
  • Unauthorized returns or those without an RMA Number may not be processed.

Step 3: Pack & Ship Your Return

  • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  • Clearly mark the RMA Number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization email.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  1. Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Options:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this in your return request email.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • If returning due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
