1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak shopping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order value and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 within the U.S. Shipping rates for oversized or heavy products may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Certain products (such as pet food or treats) may have restrictions based on state laws and carrier policies.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided link or directly on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx website. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details before contacting us. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your neighbors or local carrier office first. PetsMenia.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. International Shipping (If Applicable in the Future)

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to expand in the future. Once available, international customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
